Chinese medicine is a living tradition, meant to be shared. After fifteen to twenty years of studying Medical Qi Gong, my deepest wish is to pass this knowledge on to the world. I teach workshops in Qi Gong, herbology and holistic ways of living, so anyone can learn to care for their own energy, know the healing plants around them, and bring more balance into everyday life.
Classes are practical and welcoming to beginners, and also explore food therapy and the deeper philosophy of the Five Elements. Whether you are curious, a patient or a practitioner, there is a place for you to learn. In the same spirit, I’ve opened my personal library of herbs, formulas and acupuncture points to everyone on the Herbs and Points page.
