Rx. Astragali	Huang Qi	30g	Tonifies Qi and Blood, strengthens the Spleen, raises the Yang Qi of the Spleen and Stomach, tonifies Wei Qi, stabilizes the Exterior and tonifies the Lungs. With Dang Shen, for Qi Deficiency with general debility, anorexia, fatigue, tired extremities and spontaneous sweating. With Mai Men Dong and Wu Wei Zi, for night sweats.
Rx. Codonopsis	Dang Shen	30g	Tonifies the Middle Jiao, augments Qi, tonifies the Lungs, nourishes the Blood and promotes the generation of Body Fluids. With Wu Wei Zi and Mai Men Dong, for injury to Qi and fluids with shortness of breath and thirst.
Fr. Schisandrae	Wu Wei Zi	20g	Astringes leakage of Lung Qi, stops coughing, tonifies the Kidneys, astringes Jing, stops diarrhea and spermatorrhea, astringes sweat and generates fluids. With Dang Shen and Mai Men Dong, for exhaustion of Qi and Yin with shortness of breath, cough, and thirst. With Huang Qi, for Yang Deficiency with spontaneous sweat.
Rx. Ophiopogonis	Mai Men Dong	9g	Clears the Heart, Eliminates irritability, Generates Fluids, Moistens the Lungs, Nourishes Stomach Yin, Nourishes Yin, Stops.
Rx. Bupleuri	Chai Hu	3g	Spreads Liver Qi, relieves Stagnation and raises Yang Qi. With Huang Qi, raises the Clear Yang due to abnormal descent of Qi.
