Five Elements Spirit Perspective
| Spirit of the Point | Qi and breast milk flow through Breast Window the way air and light come through a window. Near the breast and the heart, where a mother holds a child to feed and soothe it, this point can reawaken the wish to offer or accept comfort and nurturing. Open the window so a person can give and receive, and both accept and show sympathy and compassion; when we feel for people we hold them to our hearts. A mother nourishes her child from her breast, and she still feeds her children even when they have been naughty: this point lets unconditional love be expressed. We all make mistakes, and it allows forgiveness and empathy. It opens the Heart so the milk of human kindness can flow. |
