Location
- On the midline oft the sternum, level with the junction of the third intercostal space and the sternum.
Needling
- Transverse insertion directed superiorly or inferiorly along the channel, 0.5-1 cun.
- Puncture subcutaneously 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
- Moxibustion is applicable.
