Five Elements Spirit Perspective

Spirit of the Point

Near Division influences the upper burner. It helps when someone feels others are a real "pain in the neck". It supports a patient with long-term chronic illness and is good for a Three Heater out of balance, above all in the upper burner, and communication between the Officials, and between people, is hard.

Worsley

Emphasizes that we experience Heaven and Earth side by side within us. This division gives us perspective on life's duality and makes us aware of it, yet living successfully and prosperously integrates Heaven and Earth until the duality disappears.

Location: On the back, 4 ACI from the midline, level with the dip between the T2 and T3 spinous processes.
Needle depth: 4 fen
Moxa: 7 cones

When to Consider
  • When a person finds other people a "pain in the neck"
  • For a patient with long-term chronic illness
  • When the Three Heater is imbalanced, above all in the upper burner
  • When communication is difficult
Notes
  • Outer Bladder line point
