Apply 10% dilution of Ravensare (50%) with Eucalyptus radiata (50%) for Wind-Heat and Lung Heat (effective for acute stage of the flu).
Apply a 5% dilution to the Hua-To Jia-Ji points for muscle aches and pains.

Multiple names
There is some confusion about Ravensare, Ravensara, Ravintsara.
There are two different trees with similar names.
You will see Multiple names that look very similar, look carefully and be sure of what you are buying.
Cinnamomum Camphora:
Ravintsara Ravintsera, Originally from China, now in Madagascar, grows 20-30 m tall, cracked, pale bark, Waxy leaves, clusters of small white flowers, black berries, Leaves are distilled
Ravensare Aromatica:
Ravensare Ravensara
Australia, Tasmania, Madagascar, grows to 20m tall, buttresses at base, reddish bark, Elliptical leaves, small green flowers, Leaves distilled for the essential oil
