Five Elements Spirit Perspective
| Spirit of the Point | The skull really does breathe and move. This point helps head symptoms, as if the head were bottled up, like an Associated Effect Point for the skull. 'Breathing' suggests a return to a calm and rhythmic way of being, bringing refreshment and clear thinking when the head feels jammed. It draws in vitality so that the Heart may rest and arrive at a peaceful place of connection. |
