Five Elements Spirit Perspective

Worsley

Lends strength, stability and flexibility to our core structure. The backbone is our ladder, connecting Heaven above with Earth below and allowing movement between them; and as these two influences mingle, we gain great strength and inner peace.

Location: 2½ ACI from the midline over the sacrum, level with the 3rd sacral foramen, continuing downward along the line of UB-27 and UB-28.
Needle depth: 5 fen
Moxa: 7-15 cones

Notes
  • The name points to its relationship with the whole of the spinal column
