Five Elements Spirit Perspective

Spirit of the Point

Supports the important balance in how Water flows. When the mind is filled with hateful thoughts, this point makes it able to eliminate. Or when the mind empties too much, gabbling, with everything pouring out and nothing kept in long enough to nourish it, use this point.

Worsley

Lets us flow from our middle place of great leverage and equilibrium, transcending whatever might impede our well-being. From this center of moderation and balance, life flows powerfully, effortlessly and elegantly.

Location: 1½ ACI from the abdominal midline and 1 ACI below the umbilicus level, beside REN-7.
Needle depth: 7-10 fen
Moxa: 5-15 cones
