Notes
Five Elements Spirit Perspective
| Spirit of the Point | Pu means a subservient servant or aide, and Can means to visit a superior; you get a sense of the big bow between people of different status, as the servant reports to the Master, asking, "Anything I can do?" Servant's Aide works more on the mental level, on the emotion of fearfulness. When fear freezes thought and action and becomes the automatic response, threatening or not, this point can release the habitual tension. |
|---|---|
| Worsley | Moves us toward our highest calling, service, and gives us the qualities needed to serve truly well, namely humility, compassion and moderation. We serve ourselves and others, and as Worsley reminded us over and over, there is no greater joy than being a servant of nature, which leads to a life of ultimate happiness, peace and harmony. Location: Straight below UB-60, at the upper edge of the outer (lateral) surface of the calcaneus. |
