Five Elements Spirit Perspective

Spirit of the Point

Lower Duct is concerned with the Stomach itself, and it is mostly used when a person cannot absorb food or move it along. It also helps mental indigestion, when someone cannot take in mental nourishment or assimilate information and experiences. Body, mind and spirit need to take things in and send them out. Ducts carry energy and vitality and distribute it; this point helps wherever something is not being carried as it should be, in body or mind.
