Five Elements Spirit Perspective

Spirit of the Point

Triple Heater Correspondence works directly on the Official who keeps the three burning spaces in harmony and holds all the exchanges within us together. When it is worn out, a person can blow hot and cold in temperature, mood and behavior with others. This point strengthens the Three Heater from within.

Worsley

Opens to the Three Heater Official a direct, immediate and free channel to the energy the Bladder Official holds in reserve, and that store underpins the basic workings of the Official in charge of the Three Burning Spaces.

Location: 2½ ACI from the midline of the low back, level with the dip between L1 and L2.
Needle depth: 3-5 fen
Moxa: 7-20 cones

When to Consider
  • When moods swing and a person blows hot and cold emotionally
  • When behavior with others is erratic
  • When warmth and vitality come and go
Notes
  • Inner Associated Effect Point (AEP) of the Three Heater
