Location

• At the tip of the bone on the dorsal aspect of the proximal phalangeal joint of the middle finger
• On the dorsal crease of the middle finger, al the center of the proximal interphalangeal joint.

Needling

• Use moxibustion.
• Use 3-7 moxa-cones or mild moxibustion for 5-15 min.
• Insert perpendicularly 0.2-0.3 cun.
