Five Elements Spirit Perspective

Spirit of the Point

Outer Bone of the Arm connects body and spirit, the inside and outside worlds, and lets the person's arm reach out for inspiration. As a meeting point with the Yang Wei Mai it links to all the Yang, bringing clarity and a sense of being in the world, and it begins the bridge toward the Heavenly part of the body. It also helps a person carry heavy loads and reach out to others at a safe distance.
