Five Elements Spirit Perspective
| Spirit of the Point | Grain Bone opens the nose, the opening of the Lung. Breathing in deeply lets a person take part in life without holding back, and losing the sense of smell, even for a while, can make someone feel left out of life, since Metal is so sensitive to atmospheres and surroundings. Each breath is a complete cycle, and the last two points of the meridian bring us back to the breath. |
|---|---|
| Worsley | Location: Halfway between the nose's lower border and the upper lip's edge; it lies ½ ACI in from (medial to) the nasolabial fold. |
