Five Elements Spirit Perspective
| Spirit of the Point | Good for the mental level, and a powerful point. Wood is responsible for tears, and after the tears have run their course the spirit needs enough hope to see beyond the present distress. This point reassures the spirit that calm comes after the storm, and brings back cleansing and perspective. It helps a person stay above the tears and the complaint, calming the mind, easing agitation and bringing clarity. |
